It was a good experience.

We've only been to see Dr. Britz once so far but it was a good experience. She's very knowledgeable and friendly dermatologist. She patiently answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her. Their receptionist is very helpful too.

Not a big fan of this doctor. First off her office and assistant seemed real un organized. My first impression when I walked into the office I see a closed glass window with a woman behind it talking on the phone and laughing while a patient stood outside with a confused look on his face. I asked him if he was in line and he said yes, and that woman had been on the phone since he entered a few minutes prior. The secretary completely ignored us. When the appointment was over the doctor walked out and into another room with another patient without any notice or bid of farewell which left me confused to whether the appointment ever ended.I expect a little more professionalism from a professional.
