They pay themselves first on older accounts and their fee to themselves can be in the high thousands, and don't expect for there to be any money left over for your lost debt. They will not calculate their bill and their charges accurately and even the payment plans will go on longer than you were told and do not expect any clarification or explanation for delay after delay. If you ask for a simple clarification, expect the most aggressive attitudes you will ever encounter in a business setting.
