Provided by YP.comThis has to be one of the most unethical, uncooperative, careless, inattentive companies I’ve ever done business with. Disappointed to say the least. Please do not use this company! Get yourself a good lawyer as this is a shady company. The product is not what was expected, and the customer service is horrible. almost an entire year and still can't use my building. They just want to get your money and run. This is so sad as customer service is a critical factor in ensuring satisfaction and repeat business and this company has proven to me and according to several reviews on FB that they could care less about the people buying the product or the experience the client has when dealing with problems or issues. Please drop a comment or a review if you are currently experiencing problems or have had problems with Interstate Steel Structures. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and the bad experiences others shared before buying from this company. Buyer Beware! Please don't buy from this company you will be disappointed.
