Provided by YPmobileI understand there are language barriers at times and everyone has a different technique, but this one takes the cake. I was explaining to the nail tech that the unsmooth edges in a gel manicure is not normal. She kept on reapplying the White nail polish for my French tip without putting under the UV light. She said,"Top coat, Top coat". Finally another employee saw the disgust in my face and called maybe the Manager. I'll give her credit to try and diffuse my unhappiness but sadly the tech didn't was not going to be allowed to try and fix. I had already spent 90minutes with her- just for a gel manicure. Really??? This will teach me to stray from Hanna and Rhina.
The environment was nice, but the nail tech could've provided better service.
I guess I'll never back to this place. Sucks 'cause its right down the block from me.
Truly deserves HALF a star rather than a whole 1.

Provided by YP.comAsk for Sally, The only place that I have found that threads for a reasonable price! Sally also gives the best facial also at a reasonable price. When getting my nails done, I have never had a bad job. Emily and Yolie give great hair cuts as well…

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend this place! I went in for a full set of nails and was handled by the owner herself. She did such a horrible job that I had to show her where she was missing spots! How could she not see where the acrylic was not covering the nail!!! In addition to the spots, the surface was lumpy. It was such a bad job that I had to go home and shape my own nails myself! In addition after one week ALL my nails were lifting at the tip, and I had TIPS put on!!! They should not have been lifting at all after one week! I went back 2 weeks after that first experience to have them taken off and showed them my nails. They MADE ME PAY for taking them off!! Not only that, the person who was delegated to me, put my nails in a solution of some type of oil and acetone, she claimed this helps soften the acrylic and at the same time protects your nails. Not only did this solution NOT WORK, but she kept taking my hands out after a minute and would harshly file my nails. (uh, I'm not an expert but, diluting the solution with an oil TAKES LONGER for the acrylic to loosen up!) After doing this a million times in the 30 minutes I was there lead to my cuticles BLEEDING from her filing my nails so harshly. Did she think by filing the acrylic down to the nail instead of letting the solution do its job would be faster?? Even though they are nice people, in my opinion they are not experienced enough to be doing nails!
