This site is horrible, they make promises of delivery that they have no intention of fulfilling. Have emailed several times, never gotten a response yet, but when I look at my account, everything says " Resolved"

I guess if by resolved they mean they eventually shipped, but weeks too late that would be correct. tried customer service, that gets you someone in India. No help. Tracked down this site and a # in San Francisco, when I told them what I wanted they just transferred me to the line that dials India. Nice. i will never use this site again, and I will be sure to let everyone I know about the shoddy customer service. thanks snapfish, you suck!

The only reason I gave them one star as a rating is because they won't let you leave a review without it.

Product quality has always been good, other the last two years I have been burned by cusotmer service - they say one thing that seems as if they are helpign and do another, there is no follow through or accountablity. All is good but if there are any issues there is not support. Long time user of snapfish I will now begin to use another service until customer service imroves. Outsfourcing isn't working out well - need to fix or stop outsourcing

takei $ for nothing in return, get back to customer by point out in contract which never existed. employees r human big trash
