All the employees were flocked towards the back of the restaurant “chit-chatting,” few individuals are sitting down, paying great attention on their phones, while the rest of the customers are not being catered.Take note the food items were only served, teas and water and the child’s drink was not served.We had a difficult and disappointment experience dining at Hana Zen for numerous reasons: Cherry blossom did not have any aoijiso, kalware and ponzu garlic sauce-49ers roll did not have thin sliced of lemons and had seeds. Salmon teriyaki was burnt and was very oily, sautéed vegetables was very dry-Chicken teriyaki was very salty, cold and raw We cannot comprehend, even a 9 yr. old could not understand what he tried eating, for what the chef/cook did to the food they had served us. It seemed that a kid made our food which is a total joke for the price we were charged.Unacceptable and very poor quality of food
