Amazing Workout Results

Burn is springboard pilates, strength training and cardio all rolled into a one hour class. I have been attending for a little under a year now and have lost 15 lbs and kept it off while building muscle. Although the basic routine remains the same, the instructors vary slightly in what they stress (cardio, core, arms, etc.) so I'm able to vary my workout by teacher. The studio is clean and professional. I love this place! They have a 'first class is free' deal that made it easy to check it out and see if it was for me. They have various class packages including a monthly unlimited package.
