Last few trips to SFO have been terrible. They don't have the cars in inventory and have to wait for them to process. Even after waiting cannot get the premium car reserved. If our company didn't contract with them I would go somewhere else.

Always the best car rental experience! Emerald Club makes it for a quick, easy in and out process. Staff is always on top of their game AND I get to pick my favorite car!

Great experience. But picking your own car! I could still be in airport looking at them. Car guy! My wife had to move me on.

Everything was great. I would use National again at this airport.

Clean facility, cars well-appointed, efficient, friendly staff. Only complaint is the slightly complex and confusing path to the cars from the train station. I'll be back!

Singage is AWFUL rental car return sings point every which way some intersections had two signs pointing in different directions. Found myself at dead ends and having to back track several times. I have flown around the world for my job more times then I can count, I have the flight attendant speech memorized by heart and have almost never had trouble following signs to return my rental car but here is a different story plan plenty of extra time to return your rental because you'll need it just to find the return spot unless you get lucky!

The pick up and drop off process was quick, easy and efficient. The car was not very clean but otherwise the National experience was positive.

We had a quaity reliable car. My favorite part is we walked out to the garage and the guy working for National said to pick what ever car we wanted. Mean while dozens of people were standing in line at Enterprise, ALamo and Hertz. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Good service, car was clean and ready. GPS unite provided was up to date and extremely helpful.

when I arrived at the airport there were very few cars and even though I am at Executive level I ended up with a Ford Focus that acted as if the transmission was going out. It was not a good experience.

National Car Rental offers an excellent car rental experience at San Francisco Airport. Friendly service, lots of clean cars to choose from, fast rental process. they always have very little choice of cars and no updgrades during the summer. I would recomment going to another location. Executive National car renter

i have rented from the SFO site 3 times this year without an issue. the return staff was ready and fairly quick. if you think you will use a full tank of gas, then prepay. the surrounding station have very wide price range for gas. i saw $4.25-$5.00/gal...again very good experience at this location. I was extremely satisfied with the people that assisted me at the 1600 Mission St, San Francisco, National Car rental. People were curteous and helpful which helped me feel relaxed and satisfied. This in turn helped me keep a positive attitude during my trip to California.

My experience was great. Easy in/out, fresh car, and friendly assistance. I like that there is always multiple types of car available. Depending on my business trip, I can go for the one that fits my need for the week. Thx
