I use this florist for my special occasions throughout the year. Considering the fact that I live in Las Vegas, I personally call and place an order with them on the same day I want these flowers delivered. The persons answering the phones are always very cordial and always try to help with the time of delivery. Also, the flower arrangements are very well done, they are always BEAUTIFUL! Since they do give great service, I have and will continue to do service with them and I am also passing on this information to other people from Vegas that need to send flowers to their loved ones in the San Fernando Valley area.

Lenore saved the day!!!! I went to another flower shop Gardenias flower and bridal and ordered a corsage for my son's girlfriends prom. Well they handed me a dangling flowers from a rubber band ! I went to Lenore to ask if she could fix the dangling corsage that the other shop made. Lenore not only fixed it but it looked exactly like the picture that I showed her!!! Where the other shop told me was not possible to make the corsage that I picked out of thier catalog, after the consultation, taking my money , changing , adding flowers and bows not asked for 3hrs before prom pictures , Lenore made it possible and in the time frame she had promised!! I wanted to pay her the amount that the other shop charged but she refused!! She would only accept payment for her labor!! I will only buy my flowers here!! Very Talented, professional, honest people!! THANK YOU FANTASY FLOWERS.!!
