A) I called them, told them that I needed a car windshield replaced. RAMON said: "Okay, I'm gonna call you right back!" - He never did!!B) Two days later I called again and Ramon said: "Oh, I forgot, but we can come by tomorrow between 8-9am" -- Of course, I waited 3 hours and they never showed up!!C) I called them again and Ramon said: "Oh, I forgot, but we we'll come by around 12:30pm" -- Of course, I again waited 3 hours and they never showed up!!D) I texted them, called them, left messages, but to this day they never got back to me!!E) Conclusion: They're unprofessional a##holes!!
