I was a customer of Windy’s San Diego Flowers for 8 years. I spoke with Jim, the owner, on the phone several times.

My last order was a premium Zen Artistry for my wife’s birthday. The arrangement consisted of purple dendrobium orchids, green carnations, etc. I paid over 90 dollars for the order including tax and delivery. After two days, the orchid blooms started to die. Most blooms were dead after five days. Typically, the dendrobium orchids would last a couple of weeks or longer if cared for properly. I was very surprised and disappointed upon examining dry brown and black flower stems. Noticeably, the orchids were several weeks old prior to delivery.

Windy’s Flowers substitution policy on my order was “… you agree that if your selection is unavailable, a substitution of comparable quality and value will be delivered.” I believe Windy’s Flowers did not comply nor fulfill their policy. I am very disappointed. Windy’s San Diego Flowers failed and lost a long time customer.
