WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. My daughter goes to UCSD and we needed to get flowers to her for her birthday. She could not meet the delivery guy until after 5 P.M. When the delivery guy could not find Chanelle and returned to the shop, the OWNER took the flowers to her in the evening. THIS IS WHAT A SUCCESSFUL, CARING BUSINESSMAN WILL DO FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. Thank you SO MUCH!

I needed a new boutonniere, the first florist I ordered from gave us the incorrect color and there was not time to order a new one. I happened to stop at the Floral Gallery to see by chance if I could get a new one. They were so helpful and friendly! Within 15 minutes I was leaving with a new boutonniere in the color that I wanted. I appreciated the excellent and friendly service!

This is a LOCAL flower shop. They answer the phone even when their office is closed, which really reassured me that my order was in good hands. They really care about their business! They have a beautiful selection of floral and plant arrangements that were very affordable to me. They even delivered on short notice and on time!
