Long time coming to do a review but we have had the water boy for years and so far we love it so far, no problems yet other than trying to change the automatic back rinse time from midnight to 9am, finally figured it out but it took me 20 minutes. When you have it installed have them set the back rinse time for daytime or it can wake up up at midnight,
