Very Unprofessional Company

This company is the worst! I had accidentally left my property on the bus and discovered it as the bus was pulling away from our drop off point in Oceanside, literally 1 minute after walking off the bus. I called the company within 2 minutes and the owner called the driver and called me back within 2 minutes and stated that the driver was already in Del Mar. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Del Mar from Oceanside, not 5.

Then the owner proceeded to tell me that he does not care and hung up on me. I called the company today and they say it is not there responsibility. I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. The owner is unprofessional and extremely uncourteous.
