Although the limo ride and driver where great, I was charged twice and then three times for one pick-up from the airport. There was an error in the flight arrival date which they had said they would confirm with the airline directly, on the day of my arrival.

Initially I was promised a refund for the error of the second charge and then the office staff and manager later declined to refund it and never notified me of the change. Sighting all kinds of reasons and policy that where not applicable to my pick-up experience but, were very obviously an effort to justify keeping the second charge. After my making clear the error and the promise their staff had already made to refund me, a third charge came in on my card. They continued to sight policy supporting their keeping three charges for one pick-up from the airport despite the obvious errors. No correction was ever made, no apology. Very frustrating.

MIB airport limo service left this client completely unsatisfied and despite every effort left me holding a huge bill with no recourse or consideration from them. Huge minus in the service industry.

Use at your own costly risk, once your credit card is in their hands, if there is any error they will listen to no reason and continually charge it as much as they like and site policy and irrelevant "reasons" to justify their doing so.
