ISIS weight loss is a complete weight loss program that gives emotional coaching and support. Focusing on the feelings behind the eating was very helpful in stopping the behavior that led to the eating and weight gain in the first place! Losing weight and keeping it off has been easier with this help. I knew what to do before I came to ISIS, but I did not know the reasons why I ate. Knowing this and learning new techniques to keep weight off has given me tools for life!
