CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

No, no, no, no. I took off work for 3 hrs to support an APPOINTMENT i made to get my SUV engine cleaned. I showed up 3:58 for 4:00 appointment, parked and walked into suite "I" (their business office is in "I" not "H" as listed on this yelp address, but they are side by side.)



I walked around loudly, spoke up and said "Hello ??" A couple of times. The space next door had a very loud radio playing - so i wasn't sure i was heard. I walked outside, around the end of building, no joy. i walked back to the office and stayed put for another 10 mins until 4:13 --- no came out or responded. I sent text to number, but no one responded.



I left ---- then about 4:39 i get a text reply "where are you"..... HA !!! Yeap, not there any more. Then guy insults me after I explained that I had been there, spoke out hello --- but the music in the next bay was loud so I wasn't sure I was heard.



Go somewhere else --- this guy has NO customer service skill and is unpredictable.

I should charge him.

I bring my Audi here for regular service, and have been a customer for a few years now. I am impressed with familiar the staff here is with the vehicles they work on. It is also a very personal experience coming here. Would not go anywhere else.
