The worst customer service and attitude I've encountered in the industry. Since my first cruise in 1988, I've never had any problems with cruise travel agents until now. Snippy, refusal to return phone calls, game playing. Really outrageous, for an agency in the customer service industry. I was forced to cancel and re-book at another agency. Buyer beware.

Provided by SuperpagesDon't book with this online agency or their traditional travel agency, Figone travel service. They have absolutely no customer service. I have tried to dispute a charge for weeks and they ignore my phone calls. Their bookings say they include pre-paid gratuities, but they did not pay them and refuse to refund my money or even explain why they will not refund it. I have disputed this with my credit card company, but my advise is turn and run the other way.
