Provided by YP.comEd La Rosa is an excellent structural engineer. Have seen his work in Atherton, Menlo Park and Palo Alto.
On personal experience, he did the design and calculations for a large retaining wall at my residence in La Honda, a job that is a minimal reflection on his other work in many cities in the Peninsula.
He is definitely the one I will call again for any of my projects.
