Everyone at Rampart Private Security is extremely helpful and talented at what they do. We recently had a new home security system installed, replacing our outdated and unused system. They had no problem setting us up and walked us through every step. Even a week later, they were available to help us through questions we had about setting up smartphone apps and other issues we were having.

The team who came to do the installation are very professional and they stayed until everything is done or we`re comfortable with using the product. The beauty of their service is that they don`t just install your security and be done with you. You can always contact them if you have any issues or questions.

Normally, I write reviews of restaurants, hotels, that sort of thing. But this company is so outstanding I have to write something about them. At the recommendation of a friend I had them install a self-monitoring system to make sure my elderly mother was safe. From giving me the right information, to the install, to follow-up calls and support they have been absolutely perfect.

We couldn`t be happier with our new security system. Every single step of the process was quick, professional & exactly what was promised & the overall cost was much less expensive than we anticipated.
