The Redlands office is not very competent. Our escrow officer didn't even know who we were when we contacted them to ask what needed to be done. She also seemed annoyed if we asked any questions at all about the proceedings. Super unhelpful. Also watch out for the insurance package that they slip into all of the official documents. They try to get you to sign up for insurance through them without informing you.

Redlands Office - So incompetent, unbelievably incompetent, horribly incompetent. Preliminary Report was incorrect and untimely. (A week prior to the close of escrow.) This company could not accurately review county tax records for correct title information with regards to a Living Trust. Names of a previously deceased individual were present on signature line despite evidence of a death certificate. Interpretation of the Trust was negligently indifferent as it was transcribed onto documentation for escrow and title. Numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact resulted in an arrogant response from the representative. After partially conceding to the correct interpretation the representative still couldn’t get it right. Warning, this company’s ability to edit, copy and paste is great if you’re transactions include a box of chocolates. But if your selling real estate, save your time and money.
