I am shocked at these reviews! I have been going to Mc Kee Clinic for about 5 yrs. now I have never once found the people at the front desk anything but pleasant and always are very friendly and pleasant. The same goes for the doctors...Very professional, very thorough, and I never feel rushed in any way. My visits with my primary, in fact, are always filled with smiles and laughter and I even get HUGS!!!! So maybe it's You. Maybe you're the one that is just a fussy ol cuss that complains and finds fault in everybody and everything! I KNOW YOU'RE TYPE!! Why don!t you try smiling and approaching the front desk being a little more pleasant and with a smile on YOUR face! I bet the only timer you smile and/or laugh is when you are finding enjoyment in complaining and putting people down.You're the kind of patient that makes employees have a bad day and get grouchy. Remember... You walk up to that desk and approach them first and as human nature has it, people will always respond according to YOUR APPROACH! Just try it. You may be surprised!

My wife and I have been patients at the McKee Clinic in San Bernardino. We are extremely disappointed with the staff at this location. My wife is in excruciating pain from sciatica problems. When we call the clinic, we can only leave voicemail recordings because no one ever answers the phone. We have called and asked for refills for my wife’s medication, as well as requesting to speak with her PCP, Dr. Marianne Ronay. We called several times last week and three straight days this week. We have never once received the courtesy of a call back from the doctor or the clinic. What is a person in pain suppose to do to get some relief? I have already changed to a new PCP due to the horrible service I received at this clinic. There is no live person to speak with and no email address to contact.

Doctor told me to get some lab work done. I went try and get it done based on the advertised times the clinic does labs. The first time I went, I was told that the advertised times were wrong and changed. The receptionist wrote in the changes on my paper, but they would not do the labs. Was told to come back another time. Went a second time and had to fast, and was told my doctor did not write the order as to the type of lab work to be done. So was sent away again. They inconvience you and do not evern apologize or make it up to you.

I have been going to this clinic for quite some time now and am so sick of The front desk staff they are rude for one and then to top that off yesterday Friday the 23rd me and my husband took our daughter into the office to get her 4 month immunizations done and the physician we had was extremely careless, rude, and disrespectful.she first off referred to my infant daughter as "MONKEY" in specific she said "YOUR SUCH A CUTE MONKEY, YOUR SUCH A GOOD LITTLE MONKEY AREN'T YOU"and then she asked me and my husband if we shook her sometimes and when I asked her what she meant she placed the palm of her hand over my daughters chest and stomach and began to press and shake up and down,She used my daughter to demonstrate what she meant is what I'm trying to say.And she claimed that it was required for her to ask us if we shook our daughter which isnt the problem but both me and my husband have been taking our daughter to this clinic since she was born and no other doctors have ever asked us that Question..and then the way she asked was like as if she was trying to offend me in some type of way following other rude comments shortly after that..and the sad part of it all is that my daughter has had a cold runny nose sneezing etc so after everything happened I had to rush my daughter back home to a more stable environment and there was a line when we came out of our appointment so I have been upset and crying to my husband about how disrespectful she was and I am trying to be patient until Monday to go and file a complaint about her..worst experience ever in life I would highly recommend never ever going to this clinic!!...

I have brought my mother to this location twice already. Upon entering on both occasions, front staff is the least bit inviting. I'm uncertain as to why the front desk is so unpleasant. Maybe they had a bad morning, afternoon, or perhaps a bad stroke of luck. Regardless, their lack of professional working ethics is not justified in any way. Patients shouldn't feel uncomfortable in a medical setting. Front staff should really implement great customer service skills into their work ethics & a welcoming smile wouldn't hurt either. If you're underpaid & overworked, seek another field. I will say though, my mom loves her doctor.

Ive been going to McKee for years. The doctors are great. The front office staff is also great. You need to remember that this is a county facility and you arent paying for your insurance so there are sometimes long waits but to me it is worth it
