Called this morning about my broken washer. Ace answered immediately-no holding! I was arranging for them to come out in a couple of days when he had a cancellation. He scheduled for 11:30-1:30. Carlos came about 11:30 and immediately identified the problem and fixed it all at a reasonable price. He was fast, efficient, and professional.

GE refrigerator fixed same day

Fridge stopped running last night. Wife freaked out. Called two other places but could not fix it today. Called Ace at 8am and David said he'd have someone out this afternoon. Small fee to come out, compared to GE. Carlos, who was on other reviews I read, live up to his reputation. He was friendly, clean cut, and professional. He diagnosed the problem in 3 minutes and replaced the motherboard within 10 minutes. I will definitely use Ace again and refer them to my friends and family. It's refreshing to find old school service, in today's market. Thank you Ace. Because a happy wife is a happy life and a working fridge keeps us all cool!!!

I had a gas stove problem and I'm very satisfied with their service. The technician's response is nice and clear, tell me directly how much the cost range I might face, not like others just say "I don't know, before we see the stove we can't tell you". And, they take action quickly, I should say faster than I expected. Well, the cost end up in the low end of their earlier quoted range, they're reasonable.

I called ACE Appliance on June 16, 2014 because my refridgerator was heating up really bad. David said he was going to send someone between 12 and 2p.m. Carlos arrived at 12:45 and after checking the fridge, he told me that the fan wasn't working. I told him that the fan was replaced 5 months ago by another repair man. He told me immediately that it was the original fan from the fridge. He charged me a reasonable price and after taking the fan off, he gave it to me to proove that it was very old... He changed it in no time! He knows exactly what he is doing. He is professional, polite, and as a plus, he also speaks Spanish... :) Thanks Carlos!! You saved my refridgerator's condensor from burning up and my food!Thanks again.

Hable a ACE Appliance en Junio 16, 2014 porque my refrigerador estaba muy caliente. David me dijo que mandaria a una persona entre las 12:00-2:00pm Carlos llego a las 12:45pm y despues de checar el refri me dijo que el ventilador no estaba trabajando, se me hizo extrano y le comente que hacia 5 meses lo habian reemplazado, el lo checo y dijo que ese era el ventilador original del refri... Me dio un precio razonable y me instalo un ventilador nuevo dandome el totalmente viejo para comprobar que lo que dijo antes era verdad. lo instalo rapidamente, save exactamente lo que esta haciendo, es una persona amable y profecional, ademas habla espanol!!! gracias Carlos por evitar que el condensador del refri se quemara y que mi comida se echara a perder!!! Gracias nuevamente

I called them TODAY, Monday, March 03, 2014, after 3 PM but before 3:30 PM. I had a repairman, Carlos, in and out of my home to fix my washer by 4:30 PM! I love the work, he explained to me how I should open up the bottom of my dryer and clean the lint with a vacuum cleaner, which he did for me with my vacuum cleaner, which is a plus! He comes for a simple repair but cleans it too. He showed me how to open the bottom of the dryer to clean it. He showed me how it looks like when the dryer is giving out heat. He left a sticker with their number on my appliance. We been without a dryer since Wednesday, Thanks to the handiness & availability of ACE Repair & Carlos, we have a working dryer. Also the repair price wasn't that bad, I was shy of just $5 dollars and he said that's fine, I'll just take what you have.

I called ACE repair for service in Redlands and they said they would send a repairman between 10-1. Carlos arrived at 9:30 and apologized for being early (no problem). He was courteous and explained the problem. He had the parts on hand and fixed it in no time. He was reasonably priced and recommended that I not use an extension cord to ensure proper power to my appliance. He left a sticker on my machine so I can call them if I have any other issues. He was out of here by 10. Now my clothes will be warm and soft. Thanks Carlos!
