i am beyond angry and frustrated with this office. The incompetence is beyond real. I submitted a change of address in early December, effective Jan. 5th. Not only did they get the address wrong, they are still, on the 9th of Feb. delivering some mail to the old address. Some mail is going to the wrong forwarding address. And, I can never get them on the phone. I have had to go there twice to try to get this corrected. I even called the national hot line. What is with this!!! My SSN and medical history is forwarded to the wrong place. Bills are delivered to the old address. We are a military family. We have moved over 30 times. We have never had this problem before. Rating: not even one star.
