Horrible customer service. I had an appointment today at 0900 and I was told to be there at 0830. I got there at 0815 and no one was there. I called and I was told that they didn't opened till 0900. I told him that I had another appointment at 0900 and I was told to be there at 0830. The guy on the phone was rude and really did not care about me spending 400.00 dollars today. Long story short ...I didn't wait ...and now I have to find a different place. Not a good way to run a business!!!!

Have had 4 different trucks sprayed over there and everything has always been top notch. Have sent several friends all with the same experience. Dayne has been over there forever. Usually busy but always does a great job. Highly recommend.

Stopped by this store today (2-16-10) to inquire about getting some work done and was totally blown off by the guy running the store, Dan. It was the middle of the afternoon and I was the only customer around. I stood around the office for several minutes before walking into the shop area to find someone. I asked if he wanted to look at what I wanted to do. He climbed into a pick up and said, no, it will cost you a couple thousand bucks; shut the pickup door and drove off into the parking lot, leaving me standing there.



Guess he didnt want to work!!
