I've always had great experiences with Dr. Harden and the team at this office. My very first time coming was for an emergency and they were able to schedule me in same day! The next time I went was for my yearly check-up and most recently the insertion of my nexplanon. All visits have been well and the staff has been friendly. Dr. Harden, the nurses, and the MAs are very knowledgable and answer all your questions very well.



For scheduling appointments you might want to call a couple weeks ahead to get your desired time slot because they do tend to get scheduled quick but that's common sense.

I love this clinic and all of the professionals within. Dr. Harden is a class act with her patients' welfare always put first.

Don't waste your time...I've called their office about 3 or 4 times now previously to schedule an appointment. No one ever answers the phone so I leave a message. No one ever calls back to schedule the appointment. Today I called and someone actually answered the phone! They took all my insurance and personal information and said someone would call me back to set the appointment with Michelle Hardin. Guess what-no one did! If the office is run this poorly I believe it reflects on the doctor, so perhaps it's for the best. I will take my business elsewhere.
