great service, great prices, very knowledgeable workers.

could not believe how well they take care of their customers. went to have my machine service not only did they fixed it but their pricing was the lowest in town. i went ahead and bought an industrial machine as they have a large selection of new and used machines and their prices are very good. if you need your machine fixed or need to buy one I recommend Raul's Sewing Machines 10 plus stars.

I called Raul's in late August when someone suggested I go here with my machines. Three of the four of them worked; they only needed to be cleaned and timing/tension adjusted. My serger only needed a second needle installed and to be threaded. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that there was a 2-3 day turn around. In about a week, I called them back. No answer - no answering machine - no message. I continued to call off and on. After about 2 weeks, I finally got the same woman, and she said, "they don't always like to come to the shop." I will have him call you. Well, I got busy....6 weeks later...Mr. Raul (I guess) calls me, and he is just now taking a look at my machines. We went over what each machine needed - they were all the same $50 each. Since then, I have called - no answer no answer. This is now 3 MONTHS later, and I finally find the woman who answers the phone. I tell her my name, and she says....Oh, they're ready! Like YAY! I am so angry at this point. She lies and tells me they have tried to call me. I said, no ma'am....the number you have is a cell phone. It records EVERY CALL received. I have voicemail, etc. There have been no calls. I tell her that they have had them for THREE MONTHS! And I mention the promise of a 2-3 DAY turn around. She says, "Well, when they told you 2-3 days, you should have come and gotten them." Part ignorance, Part indolence. Ridiculous!
