DO NOT BUY A KEG FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The kegs are 3 months old! When we drove back to exchange the keg the manager has TERRIBLE customer service skills! He refused to exchange the keg for us! We will never return to this place again! SHADY TERRIBLE AWFUL

Raoul doesn't care about keeping customers. Was very rude when I was asking him questions of where I was possibly going to spend my money. He did not care for questions and cut me off to ring up the customers there. I said I guess you don't care to have me as a customer and he said yes.

Would not recommend. Went in on March 14, 2014 to get pricing on kegs for a party I was having and the old guy behind the counter was a perv!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy kegs from this place in the southside. Go to Mireles Party Kegs where they know how to get an order right but also know how to take care of the customer. 1st time ever went to Raoul's, I paid $109(+ tax) for 16 gallon BudLight Barrel...One and 1/2 hours into our party that night the Keg was already empty and their was only a handful of people drinking the beer. Turned out the 16 gallon barrel only had 8 gallons in it. To salvage the party had to rush and go buy another $120 worth of beer at closest mini-mart in Helotes. Called Raoul's 1st thing on Monday and asked how they could make this right. I paid for a 16 gallon barrell and only got an eight gallon, not looking for anything free just looking for what was paid for. Bryan said he would have to contact Silver Eagle since "they" deliver it to them. I Had to call back later & when I did was told nothing could be done for me. What a awful experience, Go to Mireles for your party kegs, not Raoul's
