I recently moved into the area near this Planet K and decided to give it a try since it was so close and my usual shop was now across town. I went in and was stared at like I was a leper and began to look around at the items for sale but gave up after it was obvious I was being shadowed by 2 employees waiting for me to steal something. So I went to the counter and asked for their recommendation on a DEPENDABLE, DURABLE AND RELIABLE hand held torch lighter and I was handed a nice looking model and ASSURED by the employees that this was THE ONE I needed. I ended up spending $50 on the torch and some butane and left. I used this torch several times over the next 3 days and it the trigger broke. Upon my return from working out of town a week later I took my receipt and torch back expecting to exchange it like my usual shop would have done but was treated like trash. I was accused of using it too much despite the fact I had my receipt showing I had just purchased it. I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER

Great store but sometimes the staff is a bit snippy and makes you feel rushed. But it does have all kinds of great stuff to look at and to buy.
