Apr 2010 - Not Good

The job: Clear standing pipe for washer.
The result: Unable to clear drain.
Feedback: Very messy and unprepared.
Examples. When he tested or demonstrated the pipe was still clogged water overflowed onto the wood floors. He made no effort to dry the floor. He extended the standing pipe; glue and primer everywhere. This I pointed out to him (Tony) to which he replied "it's just glue."
Example unprepared: He sent me to the parts store to get some basic parts, primer and glue he should have had on his truck! [1 1/2 coupling, street 45, 45, primer and glue) I mean what plumber doesn't have primer and glue on him at all times.
His auger was very old. Not sure if that was the problem. He wanted $89 but accepted $59.50 instead. 20 mins of work.
Then he recommended a plumbler with a camera for $250/hr.
Not good.

Professional.
On time.
No nonsense.
Honest.

Tony and his helper worked very hard to make a very upsetting accident just a moment in our past. His honest, quick work kept us from a disrupted holiday season.

Thanks so very much!

Our company has never asked a client to buy any parts. If the part is not on our trucks, we will go to the nearest Plumbing Supply House to attain it. All our trucks are fully stocked with purple primer and glue. The prior comment is a complete falsehood.
