There the best when you're sick

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for about 6 years now, and I have to say he is AMAZING. He is kind, patient and actually listens to all of my concerns. I have a lot of health problems, and he does his best to come up with the best course of treatment for my medical issues. He is by far one of the very best doctors I have ever been to. Even when my insurance didn't cover him, I paid out of pocket to continue seeing him. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good doctor!

I visited this office several times due to me needing to get my shots updated for nursing school. Over the span of 3 months every time i called to ask a question, every time I went to an appointment I treated rudely. I felt as if I was bothering the staff just to check in. One time the lady at the front desk didn't even look away from her computer to answer my question! I dropped my form off to be filled out and it was lost! The only good experience that came from this office was actually speaking with the physician. I can honestly say that I will never, ever return to this office again or ever refer anyone here, and the sad part is that it was so convenient since I work at USAA across the street.
