Service a little slow but food was ok

Awful!!! Came for lunch had lemon chicken lunch special and when I had my first bite I felt like I was going to vomit and became real nauseated. I then saw my chicken was all red in the middle and undercooked. Even slimmy. In order not to throw up on the table I bit my eggroll and licked some salt. I felt awful and notified the waiter. The lady manager came and was VERY RUDE. Looked at my chicken and said there is nothing wrong with it. I stated I was fine till I ate the chicken. She loudly said well I won't charge you for the lemon chicken BUT I am going to charge you for the eggroll and tea. This ended up being about the same price as the lunch special and no apologies at all. Worst customer service ever and serving uncooked slimmy chicken!!!

Two thumbs up great food and customer service eventhough there was 10 minute waiting line

After five years of going there at least once a week, we were able to pin point when things were just a little different. It was never bad. Service ia awesome with all the old staff. New staff can be a little rude, but the welcoming environment and old staff take care of that! We know it's awesome when, as we walk in we encounter customers walking out and they say, " if u havent ate here, your really going to like it"! Very good, job well done!
