I was very pleased with their quick response to my call. They came the same day I called. They were very polite. Very thorough job, got spots out without pre-spotting that I thought I was stuck with for life. It's been years and it's time to call them again. Also, going to have them do Father-in-laws house.

I had Dirt Free out to clean my vacant home before I put it on the market. The after results made my carpet look like it's brand new. Permanent stains were able to come out that I thought had ruined the carpet. My kid has bad allergies and the products the technician used were harmless.

i had my carpets done last week ( april 28th)....i wasnt expecting too much but my house turned out awesome!!!! all the stains i had were removed and it dried before they left. i actually had the manager John Alejos out in my house and he was so friendly and knew exactly what i needed. my house is completely clean now and smells so fresh. i would highly recommend dirt free to anyone. they were on time and treated me fairly and it was an all around great experience.

We used Dirt Free Carpet primarily to get the pet odor out of carpets of a previously owned home. They promised me they could get the smell out, so we paid extra for the pet treatment. After the first failed attempt, we complained of the smell, and they came back and sprayed their mystery chemical , which they called "premium", but would not tell me what it was. It was supposed to be an "oil" that killed the odor, but I believe it was just a fragrance, like the type available for your carpets at the car wash. The fragrance covered the smell for a few days, but then the odor came back. They came back and agreed the smell was still there, but won't offer any type of refund and their manager keeps screening our calls and avoiding us. Take my advice and don't use their service.
