You're in great hands here. Passionate, professional therapists dedicated to healing. This is what I found along with relief when I experienced an excellent massage here in a warm tranquil setting. So refreshing to not be rushed in and out like in the mass market spas. Totally felt cared for and my needs met. I'm going back as soon as I can.

I have been going to Blue Monarch for a year and it is a wonderful establishment. The therapists are more than nice, they care about their clients and how they can improve your health through massage. Bracken Village is a great location and all of the buildings are quaint and cute. I recommend this business to everyone and will continue my monthly appointments for years to come!

The entire EXPERIENCE was wonderful. One of the best massages I've had in a very long time. Very beautiful inside and out... nothing bad to say about this place. The décor is beautiful, the rooms are quiet and dark and the staff is friendly and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this place to everyone that's looking for a great massage in a relaxing atmosphere. Also they offer free chocolates which is always a great thing. :) I will be returning in the near future for sure.

Pros: Free chocolates.



Cons: Rude staff, facility wasn't clean, but most of all.. probably the worst massage I've ever had.



Absolute waste of money. I don't like giving negative reviews but I would never go back.
