Shoe broke right when I got them out of box. I immediately drove back to shop with my receipt asking for an exchange and they declined.

This place is horrible!!! I bought some shoes from there last Thursday and 30 minutes later the right side of the shoe is coming undone! When I went back to return them they didn't even want to exchange the shoes. They don't even do returns! Spread the word:) AJ SHOES IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP!! THEY SUCK!!!

Only go to this store if you want bloody heels! At first I thought, WOW what great low prices on their boots, except for the high heels, besides Hoochie mama isn't my style. I bought my ten year old a pair of cute black boots she wore for not even 3 hrs when she began to complain of soreness. When I checked her boot I felt that there was two metal or aluminum objects poking through the material of the boot which had broke through the skin of her heel. When I returned to the AJ store the young lady at the counter told me that the boot was too worn out and she could not help me. She also stated," Well, why didn't your daughter tell you sooner about her foot?" I was pretty upset at that point, allI wanted was an even exchange for the defected boot and she still wouldn't compromise. My daughter Really ONLY wore the boot for a couple of hrs I sure got what I paid for!. BEWARE.. .Bargain or Bad customer service with dangerous manufacter suppliers!!!
