one star for telling me they would not take me becouse I was 8 MIN. late after I had called and told them I would be a few MIN. late.

Today I had a appt. for a cleaning, I called to let them know I would be ten MIN. late. As I was pulling in their parking lot they called and said they could not take me since I was not on time, I was eight MIN. late. I have sat in their lobby longer waiting for them!!!
