This company is despicable and should reexamine the standards in which they hire their staff, ensuring their employees maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. I cannot believe the complete ignorance and unwarranted rudeness of this driver. The name was John or Josh and the only emotions/mannerisms he portrayed were aggressive, intimidating and downright scary. He spoke loudly and had tattoos covering nearly any exposed skin. His arrogance and vulgar, insensitive behavior is inexcusable. His tactics appeared vengeful.
I pray to God that no one else must endure such an experience.
