In 1997 the name was changed to R&K Packaging, Inc but remained incorporated in Utah. It has since created separate divisions ; R&K Laboratory Packaging Technologies and R&K Cap Lining & Decorating, both providing specialized services to their respective industries. The original owners are the same today, Ritchie Crabb, President and Kerry Casaday, Vice President. Ritchie has been in the packaging business since 1980 and has provided many original packaging designs that are still used today by R&K's customers.
