I rate Fat Cats as 0 stars. Make sure when you go there if your children want to win a prize in the arcade that you do everything possible to check what the personnel are adding. They cheated my grandaughter out of 183 points so that she was unable to get the prize she wanted. The personnel at the counter are rude and don't care about what you have just hurry and get out of there. We went in with 740 points and had to get another 235 points which cost me $11.00. We had 1049 points. First time he came up with 776 and we made him get them out of the trash and then he came up with 866. Why the descrepancy. I will never go to Fat Cats again.
