I don't even know why I ever come back to this place and I never will again these people are always very unfriendly are always rude and snapish to me ill forever go next door

These guys have come light years ahead from where they used to be. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the lot is clean and well organized, their prices are far more competitive than they used to be, and the warranty that comes with their parts is hard to beat. By far the best yard in the Salt Lake area.

I'm looking for a camper shell for my old Toyota pick-up. I went to Pick and Pull to see if they might have a shell to fit my truck. I was charged $1 to enter their yard and given a print-out with 3 Toyota trucks in a later year range to go look at. 2 of the trucks didn't seem to exist (or at least they weren't where they were listed) and the other didn't have a shell on it. I returned to a cashier and said it was a waste of time and $1. The only response was "sorry." I'm sorry the lowest rating I could give this business is one star. I don't think they deserve any stars.

Better car selection than almost any other salvage yard in town. Cost to look at inventory and employees make no attempt to help locate parts or cars. All work has been done by myself with no tools or help from employees. They occasionally have good sale prices to get rid of parts. These sale days are great for buying large items like Engines or Transmissions if you have the tools to remove them yourself. I got two engines for about $75.00 to $100 each. Their truck part selection seemed limited and very picked through and old. Pretty good selection of later model foreign and domestic 80s -90s cars with a few newer cars, not many older. One problem is that they do not keep an inventory of their cars and they will not tell you if they have the car or part you want before you pay to look for the car in their yard. I go in looking for parts I need to many cars mine and my families, this improves the possibility of my getting something I can use.

Had to call 2 different 800 numbers to get a quote. After giving them all the infomation, vin#, title #, they were going to call back in 48 hrs. to arrange to pick up the car, and cut me a check. After 4 days and no call I called again looking for the tow truck. They had no records of the previous quote! They re-quoted me at 1/2 the original quote. "Well sir, the quotes only good for 24 hrs." "Well that's great when it takes 48 hrs to get a call back."

I can understand (and expected) the the market to "go down" in the interium., but by 50%?

Classic bait and switch. I'm glad I found out before they towed it. I can't imagine what they would have done once it was secured in their yard. Maybe cut the offer by 75%?
