Provided by YP.comThere are some good people at this company however, they have a tendency to forget your service ticket if they become busy. I usually have to call them back 2 or 3 times. The other deficiency is some they're tech guys are typical know it all douches with a condescending attitude. They are hesitant to teach clients even the simplest of tasks. I'm sure this comes from poor management.
