We went in to Monsen this last Friday to have them fix our laser. While they repairing it, they dropped an internal screw inside the laser. They told us that it's impossible to fix this problem and that we would need to buy another laser. So we bought one from them. We realized that we had been dupped and returned the laser early Monday morning. They charged us one days rental fee for the laser that we had purchased on Friday afternoon. Also, they made no effort to fix or make amends for our laser that they broke during a simple calibration. Beware,,,,if they break it, they won't fix it and will try to con you into buying one of their lasers. . OH yeah, did I mention that they broke our laser and did not fix it or offer to replace it at their expense? Questions?? Speak to Brent.

It's a damn shame that this is the only company that sells Trimble products in the area. Everything was overpriced. And you have to pay extra for crappy customer service.
