This company treats you bad and are super rude, not to mention that they rip you off! I have been there a couple of times and every time I was treated bad. There is a lady (always the same lady) in the front desk/cash register, and don't even bother speaking to her. She does not know anything and she does not care to help you anyways. She gives you such an irritated look if you ask her questions or makes her get up and move to show you anything.

I have bought two machines that they break constantly, and I have used them to repair those machines. Brand new they have a 1 year warranty and they broke right after that warranty expired. And I got them repaired there and they last about 4-6 months until they break again. It is funny because the repair warranty is only for 3 months. (I wander why)

I did not know any other companies that I could go instead and that is why I still went there. Now I have finally found some other choices. I refuse to give this company any more business. They are rude and dishonest.

I usually do not write reviews but I got so mad at this company that I decided to warn others. Really just stay away. You will just throw your money away if you use them and they will not give you any support. They have many competitors that are much better and have better prices just shop around and you will see!
