I actually worked for these guyz for one night and can tell you they pull cars they shouldn't if things are slow. That's why tow truck drivers carry weapons! Leagalized auto-theft.

Good service, but need to work on customer service both on the phone and in the field. Found two cheaper tow companies but needed a tow fast.

The fees charged are outrageous and it's always after hours when you call. (which is of course another fee) I am in the wrong business!! Off to go buy a tow truck---->

spent 2 hours calling mobile repair services to come help with our Motorhome tow jeep that would not start and the electrical wiring was drawing all power out of battery. well i finally decided to call a tow company figuring they could get us to a reliable repair shop. they were at the KOA in about 15 minutes and jumped our battery and got us in touch with Stretch's Auto & Diesel Repair who came out within a half hour and repaired the connection. Both were wonderful and quick and the price was very good. if we come back to SLC and need help this is who we will call.
