This is a great company to do Business with. I currently work here and am thankful for this professional environment. Having a background in business and entrepreneurship, I feel like I can relate to clients and potential clients. I love learning and this is an place I feel I can expand my knowledge everyday; not just from coworkers, but the clients as well. This fact alone makes this position rewarding. I look forward to all he new clients I get to interact with.

Direct Business Lending contacted me within minutes of my filling out an inquiry for small business lending. A man named Ron was on the phone and he quickly made me feel comfortable by asking me all about my business and assuring me my business would have no problem finding funding. He said they offer a $3000 line of credit to their clients and this was to build business credit. I should have picked up on the high pressure sales, but he was "good". He basically made it seem like I had nothing to loose if I paid a one time fee of something like $159.83 and since I would receive funding quickly and pay off the line of credit, that's all I would have to worry about. I had $159.83 to gamble so I went for it. I immediately called with concerns. Ron had a rebuttal for everything. I realized I had quickly signed my life away to Special Financing Company in Virginia. Every time I called the support was less and less connected. Different departments would call me and no one actually did anything of value to my business. The "business plan" was totally a template and not at all tailored to my business specifics. The "SEO" and "website critique" was a joke. There was nothing "SEO" related to my website. The "funding" they ended up securing was a third party credit card dealer called Presta Funding who ALSO charged me. They also set me up with Zazma (now called Behalf) who charged me and I can't even use their service because I'm not a merchant. The only way I can get out of the contract is by paying a fee, and they make it so it's not worth it. There are 50+ complaints on the BBB. They have made it impossible for me to get out of debt.

I really should have known better I am mad at myself for falling for this Scam once they have your credit card number and a couple of signatures you don't exist you have fallen off the face of the earth, you get voice mails, they don't return your calls, they pass you off from one person to another getting no where in the process, I am skeptical all the way down to wondering if they ever even process any loans at all, very unprofessional all the way down to the CEO whom they claimed would clear up this mess, they just use his name I never heard from him, I cancelled my checking account so they couldn't charge me anymore, they appear on your credit report. Listen to me do not make the same mistake I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau I don't think I will get a cent of my money back just want to get the warning out there to people, I am pretty certain they have alias businesses set up the same way, they claim on their web site that they are BBB accredited which is false check it out yourself. The prior complaints they had are 100% true on here and the BBB web site don't get scammed.
