Stayed one night then moved to another hotel. I was supposed to stay for four nights. It was worth moving hotels!! MIKE THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND THE REST OF THE STAFF IS NOT BETTER! I really do not think I have to explain why I got in eight hours late due to a flight delay. They are an airport hotel after all. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This hotel has no morals. I booked for one night and was getting in late at night. I was leaving the west cost with a stop over at ohare. My plane was delayed four hours meaning I would miss my connecting flight by three hours. I called as soon as I found this out to cancel and they said they could do nothing for me, they have a twenty four hour cancelation notice and I should have cancelled earlier ! !now please tell me how I could have done this? I spoke to the manager Mike and he did not care. So now I have two hotel rooms for one night one in ohare and one in salt lake . stay away from these thieves all they want is your money!!!

I was flying back to Virginia and needed to be close to the airport since my flight was a 7am. I have never had a more pleasant, cleaner, and wonderful experience as I had at this hotel. The staff was superb, the place was immaculate, my room was extraordinary, and the bed plush and great to sleep in. I have traveled the world while in the military so I've stayed in a lot of hotels. I thought for sure I was in the wrong hotel, that this was truly a FIVE STAR!!!! The new restaurant "Sunny's Bistro" was the some of the best Chinese food I've had, and I've eaten in a few China Towns in my life. They even made me a "to go" breakfast bag since I would be leaving before they opened at 6. If you choose to stay somewhere else while in SLC, oh well, it's your loss.
