DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT. I brought levis with a pin marking the cut off spot to make the pants into shorts. After I got home form picking up the pants, I was surprised that the job was not done correctly. Thought the job was nicely done the pants were cut off way shorter than I indicated. I drove back to speak with the owner. He did not believe me that I had it marked where I said and I don't believe him that the pin was where he said. I suggested that we split the cost of $12.00 - that he gives me a refund of $6. We are now out not only the cost of the alteration but also the pants. I trusted him and paid upfront. I will never do that again. I would have gladly continued to use them if he would have been reasonable. But don't take the chance ... there are other alteration shops and dry cleaners, for that matter.

Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe my experience. I bought my husband a Penguin suit (very expensive). When he brought it back the suit was really short (he messed up the length of the pants) and there were holes on it!!! The tailor was super rude when my husband approached him about it and threatened to call the cops.
