What an absolute joke of a company. This agency is the absolute worst. I wish I could give negative stars. I am not sure if they have more than one property manager but the one we know of it just horrible. The tenant is always late on their rent and the property manager does nothing about it. In fact when he does collect a late fee he pockets the money instead of sending it to the home owner. He has told the home owner that they only deposit rent checks once a month and he will get his money the next month. It doesn't matter if the check comes on the 5th of the month or the 25th. He has lied to the home owner several times and is rude and uncivil and is taking complete advantage of the home owner.



Bottom-line, DO NOT use this company as they will lie, cheat and steal from you
