My wife and I was in a horrible auto accident and had to move to something by the week . We had no idea what we would do because we had 2 med size dogs that are family and would not get rid of . BOB AT THE VALONTE was very understanding and gave us a weekly rate that we could manage . We stayed there for almost a year it cost us $175 weekly . lights, water , cable and phone . very quite there and only 3-4 full time residents there . About 20 rooms . Couple times a mouth there might be a few more rooms rented . Never seen anything bad there . its in the country just outside the city limits. Management does not bother you as long as you are not causing problems, and your rent is paid . I've stayed in a lot of different motels here and throughout the s.east and have seen a lot of different crazy shit at them and based in that, ON A SCALE FROM 1 to 10 , I GIVE VALONTE MOTEL SALISBURY NC A 12 .
