Stucco was delaminating from exterior surfaces, the concrete was broken and in poor repair. The interiors were furnished in mis-matched pieces and had cigarette burn marks. The mattresses were of poor quality, there was poorly repaired damage through-out. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall by its wires. The clock was broken. The rooms were damp, and smelled of former smokers.
